Acne is we all have faced at some point in our life, at some age. We are always bothered about our looks. One pimple we get and we are terrified specially when we are suppose to attend a function. But no need to worry. Below I have discuss very beneficial DIY packs for acne and pimples.

First let's go to root cause of acne and pimples. Rather then worrying

Acne is a diseases. Pimple is one of its symptom. Acne is condition affecting skin hair follicle and the oil gland. When the sebum(oil present on skin) and the dead cell of skin they come together. They plug the follicle. This plug attracts the bacteria. This bacteria causes inflammation and redness.


Causes of pimples

1) Hormonal imbalance

If we are not taking enough sleep, If we are not eating proper diet. If we are not properly relaxed. The hormones don't secrete well. That's why physical activity is required. Also during or after menstrual cycle, women's get more pimple due to hormonal imbalance .


2) Junk Food

Junk food made-up of readymade products, which have artificial color, flavor, vitamins . This are very harmful to health. We should totally avoid them if you are having excess of pimples.


3) Constipation

When bowel / waste movements  are too slow through the digestive path this problem can occur. So internal cleansing is very important. In the morning person should see to that bowel movement is in proper way.


4) Cosmetics

Cosmetics we apply on skin closes pores. So it becomes difficult for skin to breathe properly so acnes and pimples can occur. So we need to understand all information related to cosmetics such as how to remove them, how to apply, how much time we can keep it.


5) Dandruff

Dandruff in your hair can cause pimples. If you are having more pimples and acne on forehead, most chances are there that you might have dandruff. So keep your scalp clean.


6) Touching your face frequently

Touching your skin frequently can cause more pimples and acne. Bacteria on hand can cause this pimple due to frequent touching. So try washing your face frequently with plain water and stop touching your face again and again.

1) Honey

Honey is very good, strong moisturizer. Its antibacterial and antiseptic properties keep skin very moist, soft and protected from bacteria. Apply few drops of honey on pimples and acne. Rub in circular motion gently and keep it for 10 minutes. Then wash with warm water.


2) Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera will help in reducing inflammation and bacteria due to its antioxidant property. Also allow skin to heal naturally. Take little Aloe Vera gel, add some turmeric to it and mix this paste well. Apply on skin and Keep for  15 minutes. Then wash off with cold water. This combination really helps in removing excess oil from the skin and glow to your skin as well as reduce acne marks. 


3) Yogurt and Black Pepper

One of the very good pack is black pepper and yogurt. Mix  little black pepper to yogurt. Apply and leave it for 10 minutes. Then wash off with cold water. Black pepper really helps increasing oxygen to skin, also removing inflammation and infection. Yogurt helps to tighten the skin, reduce wrinkles and shrink pores.


4) Fuller's earth

Fuller's earth also called as Multani mitti helps in absorbing oil from skin there by reducing acne and pimples. Remove dead skin, blackheads and whiteheads. Also gives a nice natural and health glow to your skin. Take 1 tablespoon multani mitti put little turmeric, sandal wood powder in it. Add little lemon juice and milk. Mix well and Make a paste of it. Apply on skin and let it dry. Wash your face with cold water.
