Thoughts! From getting up in the morning till the night we think something on the other.  There are thousands of thoughts coming on your mind. A new study have found that everyday the average person has more than 6000 thoughts on their mind. 

 Sometimes we think about some situation too much that is called over thinking. What are we suppose to do if you are focused upon unwanted thoughts that are opposite of your desire.

Sit in a quiet place where you won’t be interrupted by anything even your phone. Wear comfortable clothing. It does not matter if you sit on the floor or in a chair or in the bed. What is important is that your body is comfortable.

Close your eyes relax your body and breathe. Slowly Inhale and draw air in lungs. Hold it for some seconds and exhale slowly to release the air. If any thought pop up to your mind. Just release that thought and come back to focusing on breathing.  You can mentally count your breaths in and out.

This is state of relaxing your mind to think good things.

Who don't like straight smooth long hair isn't it? Now days straight hair are in trend and people are spending huge amount of money to straighten their hair. This treatments are expensive as well as can cause huge amount of damage to your hair for long term. So lets discuss about home remedies to straighten your hair.

1) Milk

Take 1 cup  of raw milk and mix 3 tablespoon of honey. Mix it well to make paste. Now to thicken this paste add 2-3 tablespoon of smashed banana. You can mix this with help of mixture to get medium thick consistency of paste. Once paste is ready, apply it on to hair. Partition your hair and apply to make sure its applied everywhere on hair. You can take help of old tooth brush to apply and also comb. Now keep this mixture onto hair for 1 hour or till it dries. Wash it with mild shampoo.

 Milk contains whey protein and casein which are helpful in straightening and smoothing your hair. Honey has moisturizing and humectant property which keeps hair moisturized making it soft. Banana rich in proteins and natural oil help in keeping scalp moisturized. While applying this mask and washing your hair after that please be gentle with your hair.

2) Multani Mitti (Fuller's Earth)

Take 1 cup multani mitti(fullers earth), add 1 white bulk of egg and 2 tablespoon of rice flour to it. Make paste of it. If paste is not consistent add some water as required to it. Apply it on hair and wash after 1 hour. After that spray some milk on to hair. Keep it for 15 minutes and wash with mild shampoo.

Multani mitti and rice flour said to be helpful in straightening your hair. Rice flour decrease surface tension of hair and make them elastic. Egg make hair very soft and shiny.

3) Hot oil

You can use hot oil(oil can be of your choice can be coconut, olive, almond or oil which suit your hair). See to that oil not too hot so it can be bearable by scalp skin. Then Comb your hair. After applying oil to hair place hot towel for 30 minutes and wash hair with mild shampoo. 

4) Caster Oil

Apply hot caster oil and massage with oil. After that keep hot towel and keep for 30 minutes. After that wash with mild shampoo. Apply conditioner and after that take mug of water and put 4 drops of vinegar to it and rinse your hair. This can be done twice in a week. Caster oil helps in controlling frizzy hair. Helps in making hair keratin. It reduces dryness in hair. 

5) Oilve oil and Egg

Wipe 2 eggs properly and add 4 tablespoon of olive oil. Make a nice paste and apply on to hair. Then comb your hair. Then put on shower cap on hair and keep it for 45 minutes. After that wash with mild shampoo. Godness of oilve oil makes your hair straight. 

6) Banana and Honey

Take 2 bananas. Mesh them. Add 2 tablespoon of honey, oilve oil and 2 tablespoon of curd. Make a paste. See to that there are no lumps. Apply this paste on hair and put on your shower cap and cover your hair. After half and hour wash your hair with mild shampoo. Honey has anti-oxidant property with helps in removing itchiness and makes hair soft.

What are the Body Shapes / Type?

1) Rectangular Body Shape

Rectangular figure is shape which is seen as vertical rectangle. In here, Bust, waist line and hip line are equal in size. Basically there is no curve in this kind of body shapes.

2) Hourglass Body Shape

Hourglass figure is like hourglass time keeping device. Where in Chest size is big. Waist size is small. Hip line size is big again. Concluding Chest and Hip line are equal / nearly equal and waist size is small.

3) Diamond Body Shape

Diamond shape also called as Apple shape. In this area near your stomach is larger than any other part that is bust and hip. 

4) Triangular Body Shape

Triangular figure has smaller bust compare to hip line. So biggest part in this type of figure is hip line. So this is seen as triangle in shape.

5) Inverted Triangular Body Shape

In this your bust or shoulders are larger than your hips. So it looks like inverted triangle.

How to Identify Your Body Type or Shape?

1) Wear very tight clothes (Gym / Yoga clothes). Please avoid wearing loose clothes because you might end up getting wrong measurements i.e. of your clothes and not your body.

2) Measuring tape

See to that when you are measuring stand in front of mirror so that you know tape you hold is parallel and not bend down.

Now Lets Start

Take measurement tape and measure highest point of your bust in inch. Note it. Now, Take measurement of waist (Little above belly button). Next Take measurement of hip line. Now that you have all measurements. Its very simple.

1) If your measurements are all same in inch, for example, 32-31-32/32-32-32(near values of all three) you have Rectangular Body Shape.

2) If your measurements of bust and hip are same or nearly same in value and waist measurement comes smaller compare both. You have Hourglass Body Shape.

3) If your measurements at waist is larger compare to bust and hip line values and Hip and Bust nearly comes to same measures then You have Diamond Body Shape.

4) If your bust measurement is smaller compare to waist and waist measure is less than Hip. Then your body shape is Triangular.

5) If your bust measurement comes out to be larger than that of waist and Hip then you belong to Inverted Triangular Body Shape.
