DIY Easy Remedies for Glowing Skin in One Week

1) Stressful and Unhealthy Lifestyle

Following a modern Lifestyle, which includes intake of alcohol, Smoking and unhealthy food choices.

2) Sleep

Not giving enough rest to your body that is not taking adequate amount of sleep can cause dry and dead skin.

3) Water

Not drinking enough water can give you unhealthy skin. Water helps to flush toxins from the body which makes skin look healthy. So drinking enough water i.e. 8 glasses a day is necessary.

Lest talk about ingredients which will keep skin glowing:

1) Turmeric, Gram flour(Besan), Rose water

Mix 1/2 tablespoon of turmeric, 1/2 tablespoon of gram flour(besan) and 1 tablespoon of rose water. Mix well and make paste. Apply and Keep it for 20 minutes. Wash with warm water. From the first use itself you will get glow on skin.

Turmeric contains anti-inflammatory and antioxidants components. Turmeric helps to clear your complexion, fade dark spots, improve skin dryness, makes it soft.  Turmeric internally and externally helps. Gram flour has skin exfoliating property which doesn't allow dust or dead skin to settle. Rose water makes skin look very fresh and healthy.

2) Sandalwood powder and  Rice flour

Take 1 tablespoon of sandalwood powder and 1 tablespoon of rice flour. Add rose water and mix a paste. Apply it and massage for 5 minutes. Once it dries. Wash it with warm water.
Rice flour helps in removing dirt and dead skin from skin. Sandalwood powder helps in managing sunburn or damage skin due to sun. 


3) Curd and Turmeric

Take 1 tablespoon of Curd, add pinch of turmeric to it. Mix well and apply paste. Leave it for 20 minutes. Curd has lactic acid which helps in shedding the dead skin, reduce wrinkles.


Whenever your are using any pack  try doing it very joyfully. Massaging is a really relaxing activity which will relax your face muscles. That relax state really skin to glow much more well for the health of skin that will help skin to grow much more.
